Abstract:
The article analyzes the development of small and medium-sized businesses, according to the Order of the government of the Russian Federation from 02.06.2016 №1083-R (ed. from 30.03.2018) "On approval of the Strategy of development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation for the period until 2030", as one of the main factors of formation of post-industrial diversified economy and social security of the population of the Russian Federation on the example of the Volga and Perm region in particular. Conclusions about the possibility of achieving the goals are made.
